I really like companys that give you a Free version of the product, good enough that you don’t have to buy the Full version… So you buy the Full version anyway, just to support them!

It doesn’t play any video format! It’s a scam!

If you want to down load a clip, you have to copy and paste the URL into that and you can’t use it on your browser. THE MOST IMPORTANT PROBLEM for me was that it did not let me download from YOUTUBE digital HD clips.

I tried to find an alternative to VLC since VLC audio quality is the worst I’ve heard of any media player, audio is always distorted even at low volumes. I looked and tried many media players and so far this is by far Eldmedia player is by far the best. Amazing sound quality, plays all sorts of formats video and audio no problem, and it’s very simple so you don’t have to deal with a gigantic monster like Itunes or what realplayer has become with realtimes. I was looking for a simple media player like the old real player or windows media player and this definitely comes closest I give it 5 stars for audio quality alone.

Advertised as one of the BEST FREE video players, as long as you pay $17.99 and agree to buy. Should be reported as false advertising. Futhermore, it is no better in sound quality than VLC that is actually Free. Audirvana is the BEST sounding with natural treble. The higher frequencies of this app are shrill and excessive. Save your $ for this “Free” app and use something that IS free.

Plays video normally when connected to internet, but without connection it fails. I tried all kind of movies and result is the same - just black screen. Still audio stream playbacks properly.

GUI dissapears when you hide and restore player after wake up.

Seriously Apple, we’re nearly halfway through to 2017 and Quicktime can’t even open .avi, .mkv? Glad I ditched “Quick”time.

Sadly, if you miss something in a video and you try to drag the status bar backwards the app seems to malfunction. It won’t disply the actual time. I use video players to start, stop, rewind and so forth so I can take notes. I had to give up on this player.

It happened many times to me, and I have to VLC latter.

My former WMV player crapped out and the Elmedia Player is what I found to replace it. So far it has happily played everything I have thrown at it. It does a great job.

It plays none of the SWF videos it advertises when downloaded from here, so I don’t even know why they’re being advertised. I tried going to their website, but it just flashes some ugly pictures and crashes each time for some reason. I don’t know what they’re doing, I’m really confused.

Not worth $10 as the upgrade is pointless.

This Application is nearly a sales pitch for their Pro model for $70.00.

I think this application is very good. However, we can not take any screenshot unless we buy the pro...

It is very slow every time you open a video and putting it bothers upgrade announcement

for some reason my mac freezes and then crashes in a very scary way after trying to resize a video. I want this app to be good. The interface is beautiful and it plays all the right files. But the crashing is a big deal breaker for me. Fix that and I will fix my rating.
